If you've received incorrect items we may request that you send them back to us with a pre-paid label. If you've received damaged items and have submitted pictures to us we may or may not request them back. If you were asked to send the items back your refund will be issued to the original payment or with store credit with 24 business hours of receiving the items back. If we did not request any items back we will process your refund or credit through your support ticket after receiving requested pictures.
