What do I do if I received a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, you'll need to contact us and provide a picture of the damaged or incorrect items. These must be reported within 3 business days of your shipment being delivered. View our full returns policy by clicking here. -
How will I be refunded for damaged or wrong products?
If you've received incorrect items we may request that you send them back to us with a pre-paid label. If you've received damaged items and have submitted pictures to us we may or may not request them back. If you were asked to send the items back your refund will be issued to the origin...
