What shipping services do you offer?
Currently we offer FedEx, UPS and DHL as shipping carriers. Ground shipping is avaialble through UPS and FedEx while expedited services are available through UPS and DHL. For international orders we currently offer DHL Express and FedEx International. All of our available shipping services ... -
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible. In most cases your order will be fulfilled within 24 business hours of receiving the order. In rare cases including busy times and holidays your order may take up to 48 business hours to be fulfilled. -
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes! Please reach out to our support team at wholesale@smokea.com if you would like to be set up to use your own UPS or FedEx shipping account. This will require your UPS or FedEx account number and zip code associated with the account. We do not allow for third party carriers to pick up orders ... -
Yes. To take advantage of pickup just choose the "Pickup" option during the checkout process. When you choose pickup, we will email you when your order is ready to pick up, typically within 1 business day.
